At Check Your Inspection, operated by ASSUMETECH INC, we specialize in providing digital vehicle inspection reports to customers across the USA and Canada. All reports are delivered electronically via email, typically within 2 hours of purchase.

 


✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible prior to report delivery.

Once the inspection report has been generated and delivered to the customer’s email, it becomes non-refundable. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

If a customer does not receive the report within 2 hours, they must notify us at info@checkyourinspection.com within 24 hours of purchase for review.

 


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

The report has already been delivered (via email or download).

The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., wrong VIN or license plate).

The customer changes their mind after the report has been sent.

The customer disagrees with the content or findings of the report.


All reports are based on publicly available data and visible vehicle information at the time of processing.

 


⚠️ Exceptions

A full or partial refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

The report was not delivered due to a technical error or failure on our end.

The customer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase and the report has not yet been processed or delivered.


All refund requests must be sent to info@checkyourinspection.com and include the order number and reason for the request.
